Shipping & Returns
Shipping and processing times are an estimate.
We ship via USPS. Orders take 2-4 business days to process. Once shipped, orders may take 2–5 days to arrive not including processing time.
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when the order leaves our studio.
Please be aware that SOL Y DUNE is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order is dropped off at the shipping carriers' location. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to SOL Y DUNE Collection within 7 days of delivery.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
We do not accept refunds for used candles.
If you wish to exchange your candle for another product of the same price, please return your current candle to us within 7 days of delivery. Once received, we will reach out to you for further clarification regarding your exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs when sending your candle back to us.
